Rachel has worked at harm reduction programs for unhoused people who use drugs in the Greater Boston area for the past six years. She brings her experience in street-based harm reduction, crisis response, and community-based research to the SHIELD Training Initiative. Rachel is pursuing her Masters in Public Health at Boston University.
