Elizabeth Cronin

Research Assistant 

Elizabeth is a graduate of Northeastern University and George Washington University, currently serving as an intern with the Action Lab on the AHRLA project. Outside of the lab, Elizabeth’s professional career is focused in forensic mental health, and she plans to pursue doctoral studies in clinical forensic psychology. Elizabeth’s research interests lie at the intersection of the mental health and justice systems, with a focus on the development and implementation of evidence-based innovations for early intervention and reducing criminolegal vulnerabilities among individuals with mental health, behavioral health, and substance use-related challenges. She is particularly interested in exploring the policy implications of this work, aiming to inform systemic change that promotes more accessible, equitable, and effective responses across the justice and mental healthcare systems.
